I lived here for 2 years and the staff members were always kind, helpful and made sure you were comfortable. Waitrose is next door, the St Luke's campus is opposite the accommodation and town is 10mins away. The area is safe and clean. There are cameras around the accommodation to ensure everyone is safe. It is a bit noisy during the day since the accommodation is on a busy street. There is a car park, however you must have permission from the accommodation to park your car there. There's also a bicycle shed at the back of the house. There are benches outside, in the front and in the garden. There is a common room and a study room. Parties and events held by the accommodation occur in the common room, allowing you to meet new people. There is a pool table, a huge TV, sofas, chairs and tables in the common room. The accommodation occasionally offer free snacks. The cost for doing laundry is high, however the machines are big, so you can fit a lot of clothes in one go. The WiFi is fast and reliable. I recommend downloading the Kliq app. It allows staff to notify you when your package has arrived and about any surveys. You can book the common room using the app. The latest events in Exeter are shown on the app. Letters are placed in your pigeon hole. The MM helpdesk app is also useful. It allows you to report any maintenance issues. All of my maintenance issues were dealt with promptly. The fire alarms set off easily, so I recommend keeping windows open whilst cooking, turning the fan on alone is not enough. I had a great time at Atlas House, yes it was expensive but it was definitely worth the comfort it provided. Since, I lived in the same room for 2 years, I was able to leave my belongings here over the summer which made it a easier for me when I returned next September. Thank you Elly, our receptionist, for always going above and beyond.

A superb student flat, the stay was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were professional, patient and lovely too! I enjoyed every day I stayed here!

My experience here was awful, the only positive thing is the room. The reception is barely ever open which makes ordering packages/recieving mail impossible, they are for some reason the only student accomodation that charges £50 if you get locked out, with the issue being the bedroom door auto locks, which is very rare for a student accomodation (easy money i suppose). Yes going to your kitchen quickly without a key could cost you £50!! The managing staff are impossible to get hold of, the facilities are a let down (the poole table seriously needs replacing) and the best part is when a random man walks into your bedroom without knocking 🥰

The room itself is acceptable, but the overall experience has been disappointing. I moved into a room previously occupied by tenants with a dog, and despite being told it had been “deep cleaned,” there was still a noticeable smell and pet hair throughout the space. The advertised full-time reception service (9–5) is misleading, as it is only open a couple of days a week at best. When management is available, communication is often unhelpful and comes across as passive-aggressive, particularly in emails regarding issues like parking—even when they are irrelevant to me. Overall, the accommodation is not worth the price. You would be better off choosing somewhere like Printworks, which is only a short walk further from campus but offers better quality at a lower cost.

The rooms are nice and befits from a larger bed than other student accommodations. However, there is inconsistent reception hours which can make delivery of parcels difficult to coordinate. Also it is worth being aware of a £50 charge if you lock your key in your room out of hours. Added to this the laundry is slightly more expensive than other accommodations at £4.10 for a wash. Things to consider if looking to live here!
